When you use the app, your photo is uploaded to a private server hosted on Digital Ocean. The image is immediately converted into an encrypted buffer string and deleted from the server.

How is the face data used?
The encrypted buffer is used to match you with a celebrity lookalike. No original images are stored or retained.

Is face data shared with third parties?
We use a third-party AI provider to process the encrypted buffer and return a match result. However, no original images are sent, and no data is stored by the third-party provider.

How long is face data retained?
Face data is retained only for the duration of processing and is immediately deleted afterward.

5. Security

We take data security seriously. All images are processed securely and deleted immediately after use. No images are stored on our servers or any third-party service.
