2. Description of Service

Moonstone TCG Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Scan and identify Pokémon trading cards
• Track card values and market prices
• Manage and organize their card collections
• Monitor pack opening statistics and profitability
• Access premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts and Registration

While the App may be used without creating an account, certain features may require registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Premium Features

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions including:

• Unlimited pack scanning
• Advanced analytics and reporting
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.3 Free Trials

Free trial periods, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial period ends.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Share premium features with non-subscribers
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moonstone TCG Scanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Pricing Information

Card prices and market values displayed in the App are estimates based on third-party data sources. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing information and are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on this data.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moonstone TCG Scanner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Card scanning accuracy may vary based on lighting and image quality
• Market prices are estimates and may not reflect actual sale values

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
