Moonstone TCG Scanner is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Photos of your cards (images are processed locally and deleted immediately)
• Your card collection data or scanning history
• Device contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Browsing history or app usage patterns
• Any personally identifiable information

2. How the App Works Locally

All core app functionality operates entirely on your device:

• Card Scanning: Images are processed locally using on-device machine learning
• Data Storage: Your collection data is stored only on your device
• No Cloud Sync: We don't sync your data to our servers
• Offline Capable: Most features work without an internet connection

3. Third-Party Services

While we don't collect data ourselves, the app does interact with some third-party services that may have their own data practices:

3.1 App Store Platforms

• Apple App Store: Download and update information (see Apple's Privacy Policy)
• We have no access to or control over App Store analytics

3.2 Payment Processing

• RevenueCat: Handles subscription management and payment processing
• Only processes transaction data necessary for subscription services
• No personal data beyond subscription status is shared with us

3.3 Card Price Data

• Pokémon TCG API: Provides card information and pricing data
• No personal information is sent with price lookup requests
• Only anonymous card identification data is transmitted

4. Camera and Photo Access

The app requires camera access to scan cards, but:

• Photos are never saved to your device or transmitted anywhere
• Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded
• We cannot access your photo library
• Card recognition happens entirely on your device

5. Subscription Information

For premium subscriptions:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple/Google and RevenueCat
• We only receive anonymous subscription status (active/inactive)
• No billing information or payment details are accessible to us
• Subscription management occurs through your device's settings

6. Children's Privacy

Since we don't collect any personal information, our app is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our design ensures no personal data collection regardless of user age.

7. Data Security

While we don't collect personal data, we still maintain security best practices:

• All app communications use encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Your local data is protected by your device's built-in security
• We regularly update the app to address any security vulnerabilities
• No data transmission means no risk of data breaches from our side

8. Your Data Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, you automatically have:

• Complete Control: All your data stays on your device
• Right to Deletion: Simply delete the app to remove all data
• No Data Requests Needed: There's no personal data for us to provide or delete
• Portability: Your data is already with you on your device

9. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use:

• Cookies or similar tracking technologies
• Analytics that identify individual users
• Advertising networks or tracking pixels
• Social media tracking or integration

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
